Arthur Thomas Porter IV (June 11, 1956 – June 30, 2015) was a Canadian physician and hospital administrator. He served as the CEO of McGill University Health Centre in Montreal from February 2004 until 2011 and was also the chair of the Security Intelligence Review Committee, appointed by Prime Minister Stephen Harper in September 2008. Porter was arrested in May 2013 in Panama on tax charges related to a corruption scheme involving a $1.3 billion hospital project. He published his memoirs in September 2014, titled 'The Man Behind the Bowtie'. He passed away in a cancer hospital in Panama.
