Arthur Robert Mansell (1904-1990) was an Australian politician and fruit grower from Mildura. He served on the Mildura City Council from 1945 to 1969, including two terms as mayor from 1949 to 1951. As a member of the Country Party, he was elected to the Victorian Legislative Council for North Western Province in 1952 and served as Deputy Leader from 1969 to 1973. Mansell retired from politics in 1973 and was appointed a Commander of the Order of the British Empire that same year. He had four children with his wife, Dorothy.
