Arseni, born Anton Barkov on December 11, 1975, was an Estonian Orthodox Church monk priest. He was born in Volhov, Leningrad Oblast, and his family moved to Estonia in the early 1980s. After completing high school in 1994, he studied philosophy at the University of Tartu. He was ordained as a monk priest on September 8, 2011, and served in the congregations of Tartu and Kavilda.
