Arpad De Riso was an Italian screenwriter born on December 13, 1909, in Budapest. He was born on a steamship on the Danube and was registered in the Hungarian capital's civil registry. He was the brother of theater actress Giulietta De Riso and worked on over sixty screenplays from 1952 to 1977. De Riso passed away in Rome in 1983 at the age of 73.
