Arlindo Chenda Isaac Pena, known as General Ben-Ben, was an Angolan insurgent military leader involved in the Angolan Civil War. Born on November 17, 1955, in Carikoke, he was a nephew and comrade of Jonas Savimbi. He was the younger brother of military figure Elias Salupeto Pena. Ben-Ben adopted his nickname in honor of Algeria's first president, Ahmed Ben Bella. He passed away on October 19, 1998, in Johannesburg.
