Arieh Sachs (March 24, 1932 – December 16, 1992) was a poet, translator, adapter, and theater director known for his contributions to the arts. He was also a critic and a professor at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where he founded the Department of Theater Studies. Sachs' work in theater and literature made significant impacts, earning him recognition as a prominent figure in the bohemian culture of his time.
