April Samuels, born on April 30, 1969, is an American rock drummer and breast cancer survivor known for her involvement in music and philanthropy. Based in Dallas, Texas, she founded the Breast Cancer Can Stick It! Foundation, Inc. and is recognized for her drumming with the 1980s hair metal cover band Metal Shop Dallas. Additionally, she co-wrote songs for the Discovery Channel's Outward Bound with her band Frognot. Samuels is endorsed by several brands in the music industry including Aquarian Drumheads and SABIAN Cymbals.
