Ann Meyers is a former American basketball player born on March 26, 1955, in San Diego. She started her professional career in 1978 and is known for wearing jersey number 15. Standing 5 feet 9 inches tall (1.8 m), she competed in the 1976 Summer Olympics and won first place at the 1975 Pan American Games. Meyers retired from playing in 1981 and was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.
