Ángel Pariente (April 5, 1937 - March 27, 2017) was a Spanish poet born in Xixón. His full name was Ángel Manuel Aragón Pariente. In 1972, he founded Ediciones Júcar in Madrid, where he directed collections such as 'Los Poetes' and 'Biblioteca de Traductores'. He authored several poetry books including 'Tamién a mi gústame la bella música' (1967) and 'Esti error' (1968), as well as critical essays. His later works include 'Ser dalguna vegada' (1981) and 'Albergue a cualquier hora' (2006), showcasing his commitment to ethical poetry.
