Andreas Galtung is a Norwegian lawyer, musician, and visual artist born in 1958. He is a professor of law at the Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences. Galtung is affiliated with the law firm Galtung, specializing in telecommunications, IT, media law, intellectual property, and artists' rights. He has also been a researcher at the University of Oslo's Institute of Law and Informatics. An author and illustrator, he co-published the children's book 'En flyveappelsin forteller' with his father, Johan Galtung, and was educated at the University of Oslo.
