Andis Neikšāns is a Latvian rally driver born on May 12, 1985. He is a member of the LMT Rally Team and made history as the first Latvian to officially register for the PWRC championship. In the 2009 season, he participated in rallies in Norway, Cyprus, Portugal, Italy, and Greece, finishing 8th overall with co-driver Pēteris Dzirkals. Neikšāns has secured victories in the Latvian championship and earned various medals in national and Baltic competitions. In 2011, he competed in the N4 class of the WRC championship.
