Altanaġula was a Mongolian composer born on September 30, 1942, in the Horqin Left Wing Rear Banner of Inner Mongolia. He served as the fifth president of the Inner Mongolia Musicians Association and became its lifelong honorary president. A graduate of the Tianjin Conservatory of Music, he composed nearly a thousand vocal works and around a hundred instrumental pieces, including notable works like "Long Live Chairman Mao" and "Beautiful Prairie, My Home." He was also a member of the Communist Party of China and held significant roles within the Chinese Musicians Association.
