She serves as the College Professor of Distinction in the Philosophy and Women and Gender Studies departments at the University of Colorado, Boulder, and also holds the position of Distinguished Research Professor at the University of Birmingham in the UK. Jaggar played a pivotal role in integrating feminist perspectives into philosophy, being among the first to do so.
