Alexis Prousis is a former professional tennis player from the United States, born on September 27, 1984. She played collegiate tennis at Northwestern University from 2003 to 2007, becoming a two-time All-American and winning the NCAA doubles championship in 2006. Prousis participated in the women's doubles at the 2006 US Open and achieved a career-high singles ranking of 285, along with winning an ITF title in 2008.
