Aleksey Gavrilovich Glukhov (February 12, 1925 – 2015) was a Soviet and Russian journalist and writer, as well as a historian of books and library science. He was honored as a Distinguished Worker of Culture of the RSFSR in 1984. A participant in the Great Patriotic War, Glukhov is well-known as a leading popularizer of the legacies of prominent native book figures.
