Alberto Martins Torres was a Brazilian aviator born in the United States. He served in the 1st Fighter Aviation Group of the Brazilian Air Force, which operated alongside the Brazilian Expeditionary Force (FEB) during the Italy campaign in World War II. Born in Norfolk on December 10, 1919, he significantly contributed to military aviation before passing away in São Paulo on December 30, 2001.
