Representing Belarus, she has participated in the Deaflympics across five occasions (2001, 2005, 2009, 2013, 2017). Aksana is recognized as the second most decorated female athlete in Deaflympics history, boasting an impressive total of 28 medals, which ranks her second among women, just behind Cindy-Lu Bailey.
