Aileen Moreton-Robinson is an Indigenous Australian academic, feminist, author, and activist advocating for Indigenous rights. A Goenpul woman from the Quandamooka people, she completed her PhD at Griffith University in 1998. Her work includes the influential thesis 'Talkin' up to the white woman' and the award-winning book 'The White Possessive'. Notably, she was Australia's first Indigenous Distinguished Professor and has held key positions in higher education and Indigenous research, currently serving as Professor of Indigenous Research at the University of Queensland.
