Ahmed Ekramy was an Egyptian football player born on July 10, 1980, who played as a goalkeeper. He was the son of the famous goalkeeper Ikrami El-Shahat and the older brother of Sherif Ekramy. Ahmed joined Al Ahly's youth team at age 8, coached by Ahmed Nagy, and demonstrated exceptional talent, representing Egypt in the U-17 World Cup. However, he suffered a severe shoulder injury in 2001 while playing for El Sharqiya, leading to his retirement from football. Ahmed Ekramy passed away at 25 on February 4, 2006, from natural causes.
