Agnete Laustsen was a Danish politician affiliated with the Conservative People's Party and served as a minister in two administrations under Poul Schlüter in the late 1980s. She was the first female Minister of Health in Denmark and later served as Minister for Housing. Laustsen had a degree in law from Copenhagen University and was politically active throughout her life, serving in the Copenhagen City Council since 1962 and in Parliament until 1998, where she held roles including culture and foreign affairs spokesperson.
