Æneas Alexander Mackay, 13th Lord Reay, was a British peer and politician born on December 25, 1905, in Arnhem and died on March 10, 1963. He became the 13th Lord Reay after inheriting the title from his father in 1921. Mackay grew up in the Netherlands, pursued military service and education at Utrecht University, and later became a British citizen in 1938. He served in the British Foreign Office from 1939 to 1948 and was elected as a Scottish Representative Peer in the House of Lords from 1955 to 1959. He had three children with his wife, Charlotte Mary Younger.
