Adolf Sanmartín Besalduch is a Valencian historian and politician born on April 13, 1963, in Vinaròs. He has served as a deputy in the Corts Valencianes during the VI and VII legislatures and has been the mayor of Cervera del Maestrat since 2011. Sanmartín holds a degree in Geography and History and a PhD in Contemporary History. He has worked as a professor and has held various political roles including local councilor and regional secretary for the PSPV-PSOE.
