Adam Paŭliukaviec was a prominent Belarusian Esperantist born on December 4, 1939, and passed away on October 30, 1994, in Minsk. He was a leader of Esperanto courses, a promoter, and a member of various Esperanto clubs and associations. Paŭliukaviec made significant contributions by translating numerous works of Belarusian poetry and creating the first Belarusian-language educational manual on Esperanto titled 'Mova Esperanto' in 1992.
