Abderrachid Tebbi is an Algerian lawyer and judge, born in 1960 in Algiers. He was appointed by President Abdelmadjid Tebboune as Minister of Justice and Keeper of the Seals on July 7, 2021, succeeding the former minister Belkacem Zaghdadi. Prior to this role, he was appointed by Abdelkader Bensalah as the President of the Supreme Court on June 15, 2019, taking over from Slimane Bouda.
