Aart Dirk Viezee (1917-1985) was a Dutch politician affiliated with the ARP, later the CDA. He served as an adjutant at the national police before becoming the mayor of Bleskensgraaf and Hofwegen and Streefkerk in June 1964, later adding Oud-Alblas in 1969. Although he reached retirement age in 1982, he continued as acting mayor. He gained national attention in 1983 when a breathalyzer test indicated excessive alcohol consumption, after which he refused a blood test due to medication. Viezee passed away in 1985 at the age of 68.
