Achmad Faridz Washington is a retired two-star general of the Indonesian Navy, born on December 27, 1959. He served as the Special Staff for the Chief of Naval Staff and held the position of Assistant Intelligence to the Commander of the Indonesian National Armed Forces from March 30, 2015, to June 9, 2016. He is a Marine Corps officer who studied Amphibious Warfare in the United States from 1991 to 1992. He graduated from the Indonesian Military Academy in 1983 and also served as the Commander of the Indonesian Navy Marines.
