Reynolds, Georgia, is a small town located in the central part of the state, about 40 miles south of Atlanta. The town has a humid subtropical climate with hot, humid summers and mild winters. Reynolds was founded in 1837 and named after John Reynolds, the governor of Georgia at the time. The town has a rich history and heritage, and is home to several historic sites, including the Reynolds Museum of Aviation and the Reynolds Plantation.
