Bilokurakyne is a town in Luhansk Oblast, Ukraine. It is located in the eastern part of the oblast, on the banks of the Derkul River. The town has a population of around 6,000 people. The climate in Bilokurakyne is continental, with hot summers and cold winters. The average temperature in January is -6°C, while the average temperature in July is +22°C. The town was founded in 1707 by Cossacks. It was originally known as Belokurakino, but the name was changed to Bilokurakyne in 1938.
