Sofiyivka is a botanical park in Uman, Cherkasy Oblast, central Ukraine. Founded in 1796 by Polish magnate Stanisław Szczęsny Potocki, it is considered to be one of the most beautiful dendrological parks in the world. Sofiyivka is located in the valley of the Kamianka River, and its total area is about 180 hectares (445 acres). The park is home to over 2,000 species of trees and shrubs, as well as many species of birds and animals. The park is open to the public and is a popular tourist destination.
