Togur is a rural locality in Tomsk Oblast, Russia, located at the confluence of the Togurka and Ob rivers, 362 kilometers north of Tomsk. The village was founded in 1609 as a Cossack ostrog and served as a major trading post on the Ob River. Togur has a subarctic climate with long, cold winters and short, warm summers.
