Dębica is a town in the Subcarpathian Voivodeship of southeastern Poland. The town is located in the southern part of the voivodeship, on the Wisłoka River, about 30 kilometers northeast of Rzeszów. The town has a long and rich history, dating back to the 12th century. It was first mentioned in a document from 1124, and it received town rights in 1358. The town was severely damaged during World War II, but it was rebuilt after the war. Today, Dębica is a thriving industrial and commercial center. It is home to a number of factories and businesses, including the Dębica tire factory, which is one of the largest tire manufacturers in Poland.
