Inawayan, also known as Inauayan, is a municipality located in the province of Davao Oriental, Philippines. It is situated at the eastern coast of the Davao Gulf and is known for its pristine beaches, waterfalls, and lush greenery. Inawayan has a rich history, dating back to the pre-colonial era when it was a settlement of the Mandaya people. It was later established as a municipality in 1919.
