San Pascual is a municipality in the Central Visayas region of the Philippines, located on the northern coast of Cebu island. The town experiences a tropical climate with an average temperature of 27°C (80.6°F) and annual rainfall of 1,500 mm (59.06 in). Historically, San Pascual was founded in 1854 and named after San Pascual Baylon, the patron saint of the town. Its rich heritage is evident in the town's numerous historical landmarks, including the San Pascual Church, built in 1862, and the San Pascual Municipal Hall, constructed in 1929.
