Sühbaatar, also known as Suehbaatar, is a city in northern Mongolia located in the Selenge Province. The city has a humid continental climate with warm, dry summers and long, cold winters. Sühbaatar was founded in 1940 and named after Damdin Sükhbaatar, a Mongolian revolutionary leader. The city is home to several historical and cultural landmarks, including the Sükhbaatar Museum and the Selenge Province Museum.
