Gaiba is a town in the Veneto region of Italy, located in the province of Rovigo. It is situated on the left bank of the Po River, about 25 kilometers southeast of Rovigo. The climate is humid subtropical, with hot summers and cold winters. Gaiba has a long history, dating back to the Roman era. It was first mentioned in a document from 1084, and it was later part of the Duchy of Ferrara.
