Platanórrevma is a village in the Serres regional unit of Greece, located at an altitude of 105 meters (344 feet) and 15 kilometers (9.3 miles) southeast of Serres. The climate is Mediterranean, with hot, dry summers and mild, wet winters. The village was first mentioned in 1370 as Orta-Koi, meaning "middle village" in Turkish, and was renamed Platanórrevma in 1926. The village is home to a 19th-century church, a primary school, and a community center.
