Pedreguer, also known as Medreguer, is a municipality in the province of Alicante, Valencia, Spain. It is located in the Marina Alta region, between the towns of Denia and Ondara. The town has a Mediterranean climate with hot summers and mild winters. Pedreguer has a rich history and heritage, with evidence of human settlement dating back to the Bronze Age. The town was founded by the Romans in the 1st century BC and was later ruled by the Moors until the 13th century.
