Oberndorf is a town in the district of Rottweil, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. It is located on the Neckar River, at the foot of the Swabian Jura mountains. Oberndorf was first mentioned in a document in 1095. It was granted town rights in 1337. The town was an important center of the firearms industry in the 19th century.
