Speinshart is a municipality in the district of Neustadt an der Waldnaab in Bavaria, Germany. It is located in the Upper Palatinate region, approximately 25 kilometers north of Weiden in der Oberpfalz and 30 kilometers southeast of Bayreuth. The municipality has a population of around 1,100 and covers an area of 37.22 square kilometers.
