Winhöring is a municipality in the district of Altötting in Bavaria, Germany. It is located in the Inn-Salzach region, approximately 10 km northeast of Altötting. Winhöring was first mentioned in 806 AD and has a rich history, including a period of rule by the Wittelsbach dynasty.
