Jiangwan, also known as Jiangwan Zhen, is a town in Jiangxi, China, located at latitude 29.3719400 and longitude 118.0469400. The town has a humid subtropical climate, with hot, humid summers and mild, dry winters. The average annual temperature is 17.8°C (64°F). Jiangwan has a long history, dating back to the Han Dynasty (206 BC-220 AD). The town was an important center of trade and commerce during the Song Dynasty (960-1279).
