Shanghexi is a town in Yuanling County, Hunan Province, China, with the coordinates of 29.4754700 latitude and 109.8027000 longitude. It is situated in the northwest of Yuanling County, bordering Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region to the west and Guizhou Province to the north. Shanghexi has a long history and rich heritage, dating back to the Ming Dynasty. It is home to several historical sites, including the Shanghexi Ancient Town, which is a well-preserved example of traditional Chinese architecture.
