Meadview, Arizona, is a small town located in the northwest corner of the state, nestled between the Grand Wash Cliffs and the Grand Canyon. The town has a desert climate with hot summers and mild winters. The area was first inhabited by the Native American tribes of the Paiute and Hualapai, and later by Mormon settlers in the late 19th century. The town was named after George Mead, a local rancher and postmaster.
