Windsor is a town in Windsor County, Vermont, United States, located on the Connecticut River at the junction of Interstate 91 and Vermont Route 12. The town was founded in 1761 and is home to a number of historic sites, including the Old Constitution House, where the Vermont Constitution was drafted in 1777.
