Greensburg is a city in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is located approximately 30 miles (48 km) east of Pittsburgh. The city has a population of approximately 14,892 people. The city was founded in 1782 and named after General Nathanael Greene. Greensburg is known for its Victorian architecture and its role in the Whiskey Rebellion. The city is also home to Seton Hill University.
